Custom Marble & Granite was founded in 1992 by Brad Haag. The business began in a small red garage at the Grove City, Minnesota, home of Brad and Judy Haag.

In less than a year, the company had outgrown the garage and moved into an airplane hangar southeast of Cosmos, Minnesota. Just six months later, continued growth made an even larger facility necessary.

In 1993, Custom Marble & Granite built its permanent shop in the heart of Grove City, on the north side of Highway 12. As the business grew, an office was added to the front of the shop in 2000. In 2010, a spacious indoor slab showroom was added to make it easier and more convenient for customers to view and select materials for their projects.

Today, Custom Marble & Granite remains proudly family owned and operated.
